Hendrik Heuermann had to learn how to celebrate failure. Diagnosed with a rare neurological disease at the age of 23, he lost his balance, his motor activity, and his hope. Hendrik is the Sustainability Manager at H&M in Germany, a musician, a health evangelist, an author and a proud east frisian.

He is an inventor on 192 issued U.S. patents and has more than 50 publications and invited presentations. Recognitions over the years include amongst others the Finance and Commerce Innovator of the Year and the R&D Magazine Innovator of the Year.
Andreas Schneider is known as a data scientiest and subject matter expert in the area of unstructured data analysis. Since Agust 2015, Andreas is part of IBM Watson Europe to build cognitive solutions based on unstructured data and natural language processing technologies as a solution architect. He will give a talk on "Cognitive Computing".
Dr. Marc Schumacher has strong ties to the HHL, where he completed his MBA in International Management and his doctorate in Economics. He started his career in Fashion Retail and quickly climbed the corporate ladder: HUGO BOSS, Breuninger and finally the TOM TAILOR Group, where he became Chief Retail Officer and Member of the Board at the age of 34. In 2015 he joined the medium-sized BrandRetail Company LIGANOVA as Managing Director.
Tina Thörner is a Swedish rally co-driver and navigator. Together with German Jutta Kleinschmidt she was in the first female rally team reaching a spot on the podium at Dakar Rally (3rd place in 1999). During her career she reached numerous successes of which her 2nd place in Rally Dakar 2006 together with South-African Giniel de Villiers stands out. Today she is also working as a coach, lecturer and author. She is socially-engaged in sports and the work of UNICEF.
